2. Project Scope and Revisions

The scope of work will be outlined in a written agreement or proposal before the project begins. Revisions are limited to the number agreed upon in the proposal. Additional revisions or changes beyond the agreed scope may incur extra charges.

3. Payment Terms

• A non-refundable deposit (typically 30–50%) is required before work begins.

• The remaining balance is due upon project completion, prior to delivery of final files.

• Late payments may incur additional fees.

4. Intellectual Property

• Upon full payment, ownership of the final approved designs and deliverables will be transferred to you.

You agree to provide clear instructions, necessary content, and timely feedback to ensure the successful completion of the project. Delays in communication may result in project delays or rescheduling.

6. Cancellations and Refunds

• Projects may be canceled by either party with written notice.

• In the event of cancellation, you will be billed for work completed up to that point. The initial deposit is non-refundable.

7. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. While we strive for accuracy and creativity, you assume responsibility for how the deliverables are used.

Any confidential information shared during the project will be treated with strict confidentiality and not disclosed to third parties without prior consent.
